OVERVIEW OF VIRTUAL ASSET RISKS
Investing in the foreign exchange and stock markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone, investment products are speculative in nature and are always considered risky.
Clients should fully understand the risks associated with both SCA-regulated activities (such as forex and CFD trading under AXEN TRADING CURRENCIES IN SPOT MARKET LLC) and VARA-regulated activities (such as virtual asset services under AXEN LIFE DMCC) before engaging. We strongly recommend seeking advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
Due to financial market fluctuations, you may not only increase your capital but also lose it entirely. Clients are required to assure AXEN LIFE DMCC or AXEN TRADING CURRENCIES IN SPOT MARKET LLC (depending on the relevant service) that they understand the consequences of these risks, are aware of the product specifications, and acknowledge the rules and regulations that govern the investment products, including how changes in underlying assets (such as corporate actions or market events) can affect outcomes.
SPECIFIC RISK FACTORS
For virtual asset services (VARA entity):
Virtual assets may not always be transferable, and certain transactions may be irreversible.
Some virtual asset transactions are recorded on public Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs), and these records may be accessible to third parties, affecting client privacy.
Virtual assets are exposed to risks of fraud, manipulation, theft, cyberattacks, hacking, and other targeted schemes.
For forex and CFD services (SCA entity):
High leverage can work against you as well as for you.
Forex, commodity, and index trading carries significant risk of price changes, volatility, and liquidity shifts.
You should carefully review margin requirements, stop-out levels, and leverage terms before trading.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PRECAUTIONS
Clients acknowledge that both SCA-regulated and VARA-regulated activities involve specialized risks that may affect prices, liquidity, volatility, and overall investment outcomes. Before investing, clients should:
