OVERVIEW OF VIRTUAL ASSET RISKS

Investing in the foreign exchange and stock markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone, investment products are speculative in nature and are always considered risky.

You should be aware of all the risks associated with investing in the Foreign Exchange Market and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

As a result of financial fluctuations, you may not only increase your capital, but also lose it completely. Therefore, our clients will have to assure AXEN LIFE DMCC that they understand all possible consequences of these risks, that they are aware of all specifications, rules and regulations covered by the use of investment products, including corporate actions, as a result of changes in underlying assets.

Some Virtual Asset transactions are not private and may be recorded on public Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs). These records could be accessible to third parties, impacting client privacy.

Virtual Assets may be subject to fraud, manipulation, and theft, including through cyberattacks, hacking, and other targeted schemes. Clients should be aware of these risks and take appropriate precautions.
